Every profile lists the sources its facts came from. If one of them says something different from the page, that is a correction. The fact rows across the site carry a link that opens an issue prefilled with the field and the value published today; it asks where the correction can be checked, because a correction has to clear the same bar as the fact it replaces. Stackmark’s own methodology describes what a record must be able to cite.
The incoming queue is public and readable in full: every issue labelled correction. The table above is what has been acted on and shipped; that queue is what has been raised, including anything still open and anything Stackmark has argued against. Both halves stay visible on purpose.
