Stackmark publishes structured research on ERP and finance software: vendor profiles, head-to-head comparisons, module coverage, a cost model and a partner directory. Every fact cites a source; analysis is Stackmark’s own. It is not an analyst firm, a reseller, a broker or an agent for any vendor, and it does not give advice on a specific purchase.
You may quote, cite and reproduce text, tables and figures from the site for any purpose, provided you attribute Stackmark, link to the page, and do not crop a figure’s legend or edition label. Reproducing a figure with its date and legend removed misrepresents what it shows and is not permitted.
You may not present a Stackmark page or figure as an endorsement, rating, ranking or award. The site makes none, and saying it did is a false statement about us.
The comparison, cost estimator, requirements builder, benchmark and partner finder run in your browser from the published dataset. A cost estimate is a modelled range from assumptions printed beside it, not a quotation; a requirements document is a draft for you to edit, not a specification; a partner list is alphabetical and carries no recommendation. Use them as a starting point for your own evaluation.
The dataset is reviewed against its sources on the cycle described in the methodology, and errors are published on the corrections log. Vendors change products, prices and partner programmes without telling us. Check the cited source before you rely on a fact, and tell us when it has moved.
The site is provided as published, without warranty. Stackmark is not liable for a decision taken on the basis of it, for the conduct of any vendor or partner it lists, or for the content of any page it links to. Nothing here limits a right you have under law that cannot be limited.
The only commercial content on the site is the labelled sponsor slot, described on how we make money. A sponsor’s pitch is the sponsor’s own words, not Stackmark’s.
