Four spreadsheets generated from the same dataset the rest of the site renders from: 16 modules, 62 demo questions and the cost model's bands. Download them directly. There is no form, and nothing is sent anywhere.
Before the first demo. One row per module Stackmark documents, with priority, evidence and verified columns to fill against each system.
During demos. Requirements down, up to four candidates across, each scored Fit, Partial or Gap with a note on how the gap closes.
When the RFP goes out. Every demo question from the module pages, with columns for the written answer, its GA status and the evidence.
When the budget is set. The cost estimator’s bands and arithmetic as live formulas, so the committee can change an input or a band and see the range move.
Each workbook is written at build time from the committed dataset, so the question bank carries exactly the questions on the module pages and the budget worksheet the same bands as the estimator. When the dataset changes, the files change with it. No vendor supplied or reviewed any of them, and the figures in the budget worksheet are modelled ranges, not quotes.
